1. Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can visit our mobile website on your smartphone by simply entering Rolanticoroses.com on the search bar of your browser.

2. How can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@rolanticoroses.com immediately. Once we have processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.

3. Do you ship to my country?

Yes! However, shipping may take longer to certain countries.

4. Shipping Times

USA 🇺🇸: 15-34  Business days.

Rest of the world 🌎: 20-40 Business days

 

5.Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our jewellery is made to order, we cannot allow returns or exchanges and all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we may resolve your issue.

If I purchase multiple items, will they arrive together or separately?

We base that decision on a few factors.  First, we have providers all over the world and therefore items will frequently be shipped separately.   Second, we consider backorder status.  We have experienced a fast increase in demand recently (March 2019) and we have faced many items being sold out or backordered.  If that is the case, we prefer to ship items as they become available rather than ship everything together, which would delay shipments.
